British citizens will finally be able to travel to the islands this summer!
At the moment all vaccinated British tourists will not need any PCR or quarantine upon arrival. They also do not need to quarantine when they return to their country from the Balearic Islands.
Since the news was published, many more tourists have been seen on our islands.
EasyJet said there had been a “huge increase” in people booking vacations in countries that had been greenlisted.
In the United Kingdom, the use of the mask outdoors has never been made mandatory.
Today June 26, 2021, the Spanish authorities have authorized the cancellation of the mandatory use of the mask outdoors. It will only be mandatory in shops and places where safety distances cannot be maintained. This is very good news for residents and tourists. At the moment we are all celebrating this news!
The destinations added to the green list on 30 June are:
The Balearic island (Ibiza, Menorca, Majorca, Formentera), Madeira, Malta.
Others (Bermuda, British Antarctic Territory, British Indian Ocean Territory and Pitcairn) and (Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Cayman Islands, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Montserrat and Turks and Caicos Islands.)
Red list: They are the Dominican Republic, Eritrea, Haiti, Mongolia, Tunisia and Uganda.
